Son Moragues is the quintessential “Possessió “of the Serra de Tramuntana. This 700 year old olive oil producing estate once belonged to the Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria and has now become a reference for sustainability and organic agriculture in Spain.
Your guide will welcome you with a glass of Cava and will then lead you through the history of olive oil in Mallorca, from dry-stone terraces, to remains of Roman pathways and ancient water management systems. During this guided walk you will also experience the magic of the ancient olive trees while enjoying sweeping views of the rugged coast of the Serra de Tramuntana.
After the tour, a delicious organic Majorcan picnic will be waiting for you in our casita, nestled between rocks and trees. You will enjoy refreshing delights, exquisite local specialities made with our organic fruit and vegetables and local traditional dishes, accompanied by carefully selected Majorcan wine.
