Carmen Ruiz de Huidobro, founder of Españolita trips host of this project together with Deborah Piña, culinary guide and gastronomic expert in Mallorca. Together they have organized their first ‘Mediterranean Retreat’ in October 2017. Both passionate of Mallorca’s rich heritage, they have designed a wonderful itinerary to discover its culture, gastronomy, and its deepest Mediterranean character. They contacted us while looking for small producers who shared their vision and “slow life” philosophy with products deeply rooted in the island and of exceptional quality. For this reason, we were delighted to be part of this project sharing our extra virgin olive oils, olives and organic jams with their guests.
