Our gin Es Roquissar is our latest experiment. The botanicals from our finca: Mediterranean pine, rosemary, green tomatoes, carob and juniper berries provide the soft fruity flavour.
Our Es Roquissar Gin is our latest experiment, fruit of our collaboration with Stephan Winterling, the renowned artisan gin maker who is revolutionizing his trade. This gin is distilled in small batches following traditional techniques with a fine balance of wild and cultivated botanicals which are foraged and picked on the estate of Son Moragues. Mediterranean pine, rosemary, green tomatoes, carob and juniper berries provide a soft fruity flavour which combines perfectly with a classic dry tonic water and a thin slice of lemon peel.
But if cocktails are your thing try shaking equal parts of gin and lemon juice with some sugar, a nice sprig of rosemary and finish with a dash of sparkling water (add an egg white if you dare and give it a double shake!).
